We invite you to our conference
The second biennial African Operations Management Conference on 4 – 6 June 2019 in Northriding, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Our theme for 2019 is “Competitive Operations Management for Driving Automation in Africa Forward” and the aim of the conference is to promote exactly that by bringing together industry giants and experienced academics in this unique international setting.
AOMC 2019 Award Ceremony
The AOMC 2019 Award Ceremony will be held at the Gala Dinner on 5 June 2019. We want to make use of this opportunity to recognize the contributions of our valued partners, speakers, and students. We look forward to sharing this prestigious evening with you!
Conference Fees
The registration fee covers attendance of all conference activities, refreshment breaks, welcoming function, gala dinner, all lunches and access to the Africa Automation Fair for the duration of the conference.
The daily attendance fee only includes attendance of the main conference, refreshments and lunch. All fees will be charged in South African Rand (ZAR) and include a 15% Value Added Tax.
Payments can be made by means of direct deposit into the conference account, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

How to go about cancelling your spot
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registrations after payment has been made will be subject to the following rules:
Cancellation before 30 April 2019: 25% of fees paid will be forfeited
Cancellation between 1 and 31 May 2019: 50% of fees paid will be forfeited
Cancellation after 1 June 2019: 100% of fees paid will be forfeited
Cancellations should be done in writing to the conference chair Mellania Maseko at masekcm@unisa.ac.za
